His career spans senior leadership and general management roles in the media industry across multiple international markets — where he was responsible for revenue generation, P&L management, new product development, and business growth. He has led teams, managed complex commercial relationships, and navigated the kind of high-pressure decisions that most consultants only read about.
After two decades building businesses for others, he founded Alpha Mind Consulting to bring that same depth of commercial thinking to business owners and investors who are at their own pivotal moments.
Over time, Alpha Mind has evolved into a two-practice firm — combining traditional business advisory with a specialist Mobility practice that helps professionals and investors relocate and build businesses in the United States and Canada.
Fahad holds a graduate qualification in Australian Immigration Law and works alongside a network of licensed US and Canadian immigration attorneys to provide clients with truly end-to-end support — from business identification and planning through to visa pathway coordination.
His approach is direct, practical, and built on real commercial experience. He doesn’t offer textbook strategies — he offers the kind of advice that comes from having sat in the chair himself.
